We are growing in popularity and the site is growing with us, so as we go along we'll add more pictures of the band and more info for anyone interested in the blues scene here on the Costa del Sol.

ANNOUNCEMENT: The Tin Shack Blues Band is no more. It has ceased to be and will no longer be playing at JC's or anywhere else for that matter. Please accept our apologies as the band has dissolved and there is nothing more to be said on the matter.
Note: The original domain at www.tinshackblues.com will remain alive until 27th June 2009, after which it will be allowed to lapse. For this reason, the website has been moved to a new permanent address (the old domain is redirected) here at:

This will allow the site to stand as a tribute to the original lineup of the Tin Shack Blues band.
Tin Shack Blues Band
The Tin Shack Blue Band are the brainchild of drummer Tony Bryant who got together with guitarist Simon Barraclough and vocalist/bass guitarist Terry Roberts in June 2008 to form a small, tight blues band to fill a Sunday evening spot in a small bar in Montemar, near Torremolinos on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain.
The result is a professional blues outfit that plays a variety of your favourite blues songs in their own entertaining manner. As an added bonus, the band also welcomes the odd guest musician onto the stage to add some variety and that something extra. You'll find us playing every Sunday at around 6pm, where all are welcome to come along to enjoy a blues extravaganza that is currently unequalled in the local area.
So if you live in the local area of Torremolinos / Montemar / Benalmadena and fancy going to see an early evening live blues session, or if you're a good musician and love to play the blues, come along for a great evening's entertainment!
